How To Insert Picture from File in OpenOffice Draw

To Insert an Image go to the Menu Bar and select Insert > Picture > From File. 

This will open up the Insert Picture Window.

Select your desired Image and hit the Open Button. 

The Image will appear on the page with 8 Green Square Resizing Handles around it.
